Delivery Policy
- To book any of the tours displayed on our website, it is necessary to make a single payment for each booking. One booking can be for one or for several people. We use Bookeo as our booking platform, there you can see all our availability, book, reschedule and cancel your bookings.
- These data will be processed and incorporated into our database, as reported in our personal data protection section contained in our privacy policies.
- To make a booking, the user must access the bookeo platform and click on the “Buy Now” button and the system will automatically redirect the customer to the payment page. The system will connect with the 2Checkout payment gateway and will ask the user for their Credit or Debit card details.
- After confirming the payment by 2Checkout, you will be sent to the purchase confirmation page.
- Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an email from us with the details of meeting point and meeting time. From that moment you can modify or cancel the purchased tour. Our guides start check in at the meeting points 15 minutes before the meeting time. The start of the tour ends the delivery of the tours you purchased.
- In the event that you do not receive the emails with the meeting details within 15 minutes, you must contact us immediately to [email protected]. If you do not contact us with a minimum of 2 days before the tour takes place, the meeting details for the tour will be considered received.
